Return Process

  Log into your Bhasin Brothers account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original designer tags and packaging for our quality assurance team to approve the request.

  Secure Pickup

  Once approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep; simply pack the items securely in the original shipping box.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your exchange or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
